About Us
The EC Electronics Group comprises of two operating companies, EC Electronics Ltd,
based in Basingstoke, Hampshire, UK and EC Electronics Manufacturing SRL, a wholly
owned subsidiary, based in Petrosani, Romania.
UK Factory - Basingstoke, Hampshire.
Romanian Factory - Petrosani
Head Quarters for the Group is based at EC’s UK location.
The Group employs 70 people across 2 manufacturing locations, based in
Basingstoke, Hampshire and Petrosani, Romania.
Each company compliments the other in terms of Electronic Manufacturing (
EMS ) Services offered, with low to medium fast turn round applications handled
in the UK and regularly scheduled higher batch volumes in Romania.
EC’s UK operation supports the Romanian factory by providing Financial,
Procurement, Logistics & Quality Management services.
EC's two operating sites are fully ISO 9001:2008 approved and work to the
internationally recognised IPC workmanship standards.
EC has Far Eastern supply chain partnerships in place for high volume standard
product.
