Our Komax and Kodera fully automatic wire processing machines, incorporating
digital crimp height and crimp force analysis at every termination, ensure a consistent
quality that is second to none.
These state of the art machines are supported by our wide range of modern semi
automatic crimping, wire preparation and marking equipment used for lower volume,
more bespoke assemblies.

• Cut & Prepared Wires
Cut, strip, tin dip, crimp, single/multi-core.
• Crimped Assemblies
A vast range of automatic connector and crimp tooling is held for all major manufacturers,
including, Tyco, Molex, JST, Cannon, Deutsch, and Hirose.
• Cable Looms & Harnesses
Applications range from simple panel wiring to complex interconnect harnesses for the rail and
marine engine sectors for example.
We are constantly working to industry best practice IPC/WHMA – 620 Class 3 and pushing
