Conventional Plated Through Hole
(PTH) Assembly
Conventional Through Hole component insertion placement is carried out by hand
or via semi automatic component insertion station to IPC Class 3 workmanship
standards.
Components can be cropped via our Blakell Autosheer equipment and soldered
manually or via our ATF250 lead free Wave Soldering equipment. We use SACPO307
(lead free) solder with no clean flux for wave soldering and no clean solder wire for
manual solder/fluxing.
• Leadfree or Standard Applications
• Solder width up to 330mm (13”)
• Spray or Foam Fluxer
• Fully automatic spray fluxer with automatic length
and width detection
• Dual Wave for THT and SMD components
• Inert gas (N2) solder wave
• Composite coating for lead free applications
• Full convection Preheating
• Compact footprint
The solder width of up to 330mm (13”) and the
universal pallet transport system allows to work with a
large variety of PCB’s. The machine is equiped with
dual wave technology allowing to solder THT and SMD
components.
Embracing latest technologies like full convection pre-
heating, spray fluxing and composite coated solder
waves and pots for lead free applications, allows the
ATF250 to run in the most economical way.
